Increasingly, some clients ask me to use AI to generate content word for word, which leaves me in shock. Don’t get me wrong.AI can be a professional communicator’s enabler, but there are overly used words and punctuation marks that people must avoid. You can not use AI for everything writing.

It is important to start getting alternatives to certain words,phrases and punctuation marks to look  professional.Always review your messages to sound more natural whether you have used AI or not. It is important to avoid certain words now to avoid AI stigma. it’s important  to diversify your language. Avoid relying on AI as the sole source of communication development
